Ideally the occupational career counselling and coaching is build upon the potential-analysis. Jointly with the candidates goals are defined as well as the space of time to undertake them. However coaching can also dedicate itself to a single subject that the candidate actually would like to work at:
Decision guidance in professional alternatives, orientated at the relationship between ones feasibility and market situation, application training, analysis and handling issues between superiors and colleagues, difficulties involving leadership, mobbing, motivation and so on.
